Delete Account & Associated Data

Important Notice: Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once processed, your account credentials, conversation history, audio logs, and custom context instructions will be completely erased from our databases.

1. Scope of Deletion

When an account deletion request is processed, we permanently delete:

• User Profile & Authentication Records: Your user ID, Google OAuth token association, display name, and email record.
• Conversational History & Transcripts: All multi-turn message histories, live audio session logs, and prompts.
• Uploaded Files & Media: Document summaries, uploaded images, and attached audio recordings.
• Personal Context & Custom Instructions: All saved profile preferences, persona settings, and custom instructions.
• Usage Records & Quotas: Historical token metrics and active quotas.

2. Active Subscriptions & Billing Notice

If you have an active Oasis Pro or Oasis Ultra subscription, requesting account deletion does not automatically cancel recurring subscription renewals managed through external billing providers. Please cancel your subscription via your Google Play Subscriptions menu or PayPal dashboard prior to submitting your deletion request.

3. Deletion Processing Timeline

Upon confirming your request using the action button below, your deletion ticket will be logged in our administrative support queue. Deletion is executed within 30 days of verification. You will receive an email confirmation once completed.

4. How to Request Deletion

You can submit your account deletion request in one of two ways:

• Instant Web Confirmation (Recommended): Tap the "Confirm Google Account & Request Account Deletion" button below to authenticate with your Google account. This verifies your identity and instantly submits your deletion ticket.
• Email Request: Send an email from your registered account address to support@oasischat.space with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
