Data Deletion Scope: This action clears your conversation histories, voice logs, and personal context while leaving your Oasis account, login credentials, and active subscription plan intact.
1. What Data Will Be Deleted?
Submitting a data deletion request purges the following records from your account:
- Chat Messages & Transcripts: All past chat conversations, prompt texts, and Gemini responses.
- Live Audio Sessions: All session logs and ephemeral transcripts.
- Attachments & Files: All uploaded images, documents, and audio clips.
- Personal Context Attributes: Custom instructions and profile details you shared with your companion.
- Usage Cache: Usage tokens history.
2. What Remains Retained?
Your user profile, email address, authentication credentials, and active subscription tier will remain active so you can continue using Oasis starting from a clean slate.
3. Deletion Processing Timeline
Once submitted via the action button below, your request is queued and executed within 14 business days.
4. How to Submit Your Data Deletion Request
