This includes: (a) Account Information: email address, display name, and authentication tokens; (b) Conversation Logs: text messages, turn histories, and attached file metadata; (c) Voice & Spoken Audio: microphone recordings during active voice sessions; and (d) Personal Context: user-defined profile preferences and context instructions.
Your information is used exclusively to: (a) Generate intelligent, contextual AI responses and spoken audio; (b) Synchronize your conversation history across your devices; (c) Tailor responses to your explicit Personal Context preferences; (d) Diagnose technical issues and improve latency; and (e) Maintain account authentication and security.
When you use Oasis Live or on-device dictation, your audio is streamed strictly when the microphone is active and authorized. Raw microphone PCM audio chunks are processed transiently in real time over encrypted WebSockets to generate spoken responses and live transcriptions. Raw voice audio is not sold or repurposed for external advertisement targeting.
Oasis utilizes Google Firebase for secure user authentication and database storage, alongside Google Gemini APIs for multimodal model inference. All data transfers between the Oasis app and backend services are protected using industry-standard TLS/SSL encryption.
We implement robust security controls to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. Your messages and live session records remain accessible in your private account until deleted by you or upon account closure.
You maintain full control over your data. You may at any time: (a) Edit or clear your Personal Context preferences in Settings; (b) Sign out of your account; or (c) Request complete deletion of your account and associated conversational logs.
We may periodically update this Privacy Policy to reflect feature additions or regulatory requirements. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the policy date within the application.
