Oasis integrates Google Cloud and Gemini AI technologies. Service availability, latency, and response characteristics may vary based on network connectivity and third-party API availability. Oasis is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Oasis and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or inability to access the service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service or discontinue features at any time. Continued use of Oasis following any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
